Our StoreOptimiseTM service is designed to meet the needs of an existing online store that is seeking to increase the value of its sales.
User experience evaluation
- We will carry out a heuristic review of the user experience from arriving at the store, through finding products, to checkout.
- From this we will identify usability barriers that from web design experience we know are detracting from sales.
- We will give you a report with prioritised recommendations on how to increase sales conversions through structural, design, and copy changes to your store.
Visitor tracking (optional)
- We will install visitor tracking on key pages of your online store for a specific period, such as one month.
- We then analyse where users are entering and exiting the store, where they are coming from, and how long they are spending on particular pages. We get a clear picture of patterns of shopping behaviour, which is then used to target our optimisation strategy.
